Supafan: Shegs and El Matador are our hope

Supa Strikas’ number one fan, Supafan, believes Shegs and El Matador will be the key players to the Men in Red’s victory next Monday when they meet ex-Super League champions Iron Tank at Strikaland.

Shegs’ fine form has been the talk of the town after he scored in each of his last Super League games against Clube Palmentieri, Sultans, and FC Hydra. El Matador has also done exceptionally well by scoring in his last two games, and being a good supplier for Shegs.

“Shegs is living up to the legacy of his father a Supa Strikas legend of days gone by,” says Supafan.

“What can I say about the bull, El Matador? He is a star and a hungry player, capable of winning games for Supa Strikas in any game, any time!’” he added.

Shegs, in the last meeting between the two teams was put on the bench for a week after leaving the field on a stretcher during the Men in Red’s victory. The star striker was injured before the game against Tank, after overtraining despite a warning from Coach. However, Shegs come through to help Strikas win the game ever though he didn’t play a full 90 minutes.

Iron Tank manager, Otto von Eisen, will be a little bit worried as they know how Shegs is influentially in the Strikas team especially forward. And to add more fears, El Matador is said to be gunning for a hat-trick in this game Supafan calls a Shegs and El Matador show!
