Iron Tank captain Wolfhart, who has guided the ex-Super League champions to a good start this season, told Supanews the army boys will end Supa Strikas’ winning streak. It was a message that left Strikas fans wondering what plans Iron Tank are making ahead of this anticipated fixture.
According to Wolfhart, the Super League’s supreme team, Iron Tank, will destroy the Men in Red when the two teams clash on August 10 at Strikaland. Wolfhart is determined for Iron Tank to be the first team in the Super League to regain the title.
“Ve are a dangerous and mighty team. Ve play every game with determination and a spirit of never-give-up. Zat’s vhy ve have destroyed most of ze teams in ze Super League zis season,” said Wolfhart.
Strikas, who have won their last four games in the Super League, will hope to be successful against the ex-League champions. Despite Iron Tank being the favourite to be crowned the champs as well, there’s a strong belief in the Supa Strikas camp that they can triumph. And a victory against the army boys will open a door for Strikas to fight for the Super League trophy.
“We must pull together everything we have to win dis game at home. It’s our time to shine and end Iron Tank’s superb run in the Super League. Supa Strikas is da team dat is always hungry for success and we won’t let Iron Tank spoil dat!” said Supa Strikas Captain, Dancing Rasta.
